14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to CritIndex Pro and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and include "Refund request" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time on renewals.

EU Consumer Rights

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By using CritIndex Pro features before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that the service has begun and your right of withdrawal is preserved as described in our 14-day guarantee above.
